Peter Bull, CFA Quantitative Analyst

Peter received his B.A. in Mathematics from Whitman College and an M.S. in Computational Finance from the Oregon Graduate Institute. He earned his CFA charter in 2003.  Prior to joining Franklin Portfolio Associates, he was Vice President of Financial Engineering at Investment Technology Group and Manager of Financial Analysis in Credit Risk at First Horizon National Corporation.  Peter is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society.
