Patrick M. Slattery, CFA Vice President & Portfolio Manager

Pat received his B.A. degree in Biology, B.S. degree in Economics, and M.S.E. in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania. He received his CFA charter in 1998. Prior to joining Franklin Portfolio Associates, he was a Senior Vice President at Independence Investment LLC where he was a Portfolio Manager and Quantitative Researcher. Pat also has software development and application expertise from his time with Edgewater Technology, Inc. and Bachman Information Systems, Inc. He is currently a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society.
