Oliver E. Buckley CEO/CIO & Portfolio Manager

Oliver received his M.B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley. In addition, he earned a M.S. degree in Engineering-Economic Systems and a B.S. degree in Mathematical Sciences, both from Stanford University. Prior to joining Franklin Portfolio Associates, Oliver was responsible for research in the Structured Products Group at INVESCO. He also previously served as a Portfolio Manager at Martingale Asset Management and spent five years at BARRA as the manager of Equity Consulting Services.
