Tom received his B.S. in Business Management from Boston University, and his M.B.A. from Bentley College.  Prior to joining Franklin Portfolio Associates, he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at CitiStreet in the institutional market. Tom has also held positions at State Street Global Advisors as an Assistant Vice President, selling the SSgA funds to Registered Investment Advisors and as a Client Relations Manager in the mid market Defined Contribution business.
